Apartment is in a central location. There are lots of coffee shops, bars, markets around.
You can walk to the Kleopatra beach in 1 min. or go to the Alanya Castle with a cable car, which is at a 3 min walking distance.
There is a bus station just outside the building, The city center is 5 min away with the bus or 15 min by foot.
You may choose to stay in the apartment and enjoy the sea view in the botanic balcony, or do your work in the second bedroom which has 2 seperate work desks.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 2 balconies and 1 large living room.
The living room is quite large and has a seperate place for dining.
Second bedroom has only bed for one, but there are two seperate work desks for study and one bar for pull ups.
There are 2 balconies. Larger balcony is botanic, has a furniture set to enjoy the view, dine etc. Second balcony is small and has hangers for drying your laundry.
The kitchen has equipments for cooking, one dishwasher, one coffee machine, one heater, and one toaster. Also you may dine in the kitchen too since there is a table and several seats.
The bathroom has a washing machine, please wash your clothes only between 10:00 am and 19:00 pm. There is always hot water in the apartment, which is free of charge and you don’t need to do anything to heat the water.
You can enter the building with a key and enter the apartment with a 4 digit code. I will arrange those and notify you just before your stay.
The bus stop is just outside the building. You can take the bus 1 (or 101) to go to the city center. Also you may choose to walk too since it is close.
The Kleopatra Beach is just near the building, you can walk there in 1 minute. I will arrange discounted tickets for sunbeds and umbrellas for the beach.
There is a cable car where you can go to/from the Alanya Castle while enjoying the sea & city view. This cable car is 3 minutes away by foot. Also, I will arrange discount for the Gardenia Restaurant, which is located at the top of the Alanya Castle.
There is a street between the beach and the building. This street has free parking area.
